The charitable foundation BF “Future for Victims of War and Chernobyl” / Foundation “Future for Victims of War and Chernobyl” is pleased to announce the start of an official partnership with the Swedish foundation ……………………., which shares our core values—humanism, equality, and respect for human dignity.

This collaboration aims to expand assistance to victims of war and environmental disasters, as well as to strengthen democratic processes and gender equality in Eastern European countries.

🌱 Democracy and Equality—The Foundation of Joint Initiatives

Both organizations firmly believe that sustainable development is impossible without respect for human rights, inclusivity, and accountability. Therefore, all programs are centered on an approach based on equal opportunities, women’s participation, and strengthening their leadership roles in local initiatives.

🔧 What Has Already Been Achieved

As part of the partnership, the first joint projects have already been launched:

Education: Training seminars for local activists have been conducted;

💼 Economic Development: A microfinancing program for women-led initiatives has been launched;

🌍 International Cooperation: Preparations have begun for the launch of an international school on post-crisis community recovery.

In the near future, we plan to expand the scope of our projects, organize a joint forum on peacebuilding, and continue the exchange of expertise between Ukrainian and Swedish specialists.
