1. Temporary Protection — the Basis for Receiving Benefits

Most EU countries and some others (e.g., Canada, the United Kingdom) offer Temporary Protection status for Ukrainians. This status grants the right to:

    legal residence and employment

    free medical care

    access to education

    social benefits and allowances

    One-time payment: 300 PLN per person (upon first application)
